Nathan Chase Plummer grew up in Idaho, California, and Utah, then moved to Kentucky and Texas, and eventually returned to Utah. Nathan is an accredited creative writer, published photographer and poet, aspiring novelist, professional graphic artist, socialite, health & fitness enthusiast, and most recently – cookbook author! Although, to friends and family he is just plain ole Nater. Nathan’s passions are traveling, great food, friends & family, and relentlessly chasing grand adventures! He of course does all of his own stunts along the way. After several tours through Europe, he is a self-proclaimed foodie and tricked you into buying this cookbook, chuck full of his usual off-the-wall antics.
